- Stripe — Payment processing. When you provide payment information, it is transmitted directly to Stripe using TLS encryption. We do not store credit card numbers. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Twilio — SMS and voice calling features. Contact phone numbers and message content are transmitted through Twilio to deliver communications on your behalf. See Twilio's Privacy Policy.
- Resend — Email delivery. Email content and recipient addresses are processed through Resend to deliver emails on your behalf. See Resend's Privacy Policy.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing agreements).
Contact data you import and store in the Service (your customers' data) is deleted within 30 days of account termination upon request.
6. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and regular security reviews.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
